If there is a lot of water deposits you can clean this by setting the faucet head in some vinegar for about 30 minutes.

Screw this portion of the faucet off and take a look on the inside.
When this happens rather than replace the whole faucet you only need to replace the hose itself.
Pull out the faucet spray wand from the spout and unscrew it from the chrome pullout hose.
With this issue you might experience water leaking from where the sprayhead and pull out hose connect or water running down the pull out hose under the sink.
However more advanced models incorporate cradles that are designed to minimize this possibility extending the life of the faucet.
If the pull out kitchen faucet is leaking at the spout the problem is generally the aerator head.
Faucet is leaking or dripping from the spout.
Faucet leaking or dripping between the sprayhead and hose.
With this issue water will drip from the end of the spout after the water has been turned off at the handle.
Turn on the faucet and allow any residual water in the pipes to drain into the sink.
